Payment Terms

Cycle Gates accepts payments by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Vodafone cash, Instapay, Fawry, and cash.                                                                                                                                                                      
Shipping and Delivery: All orders will be shipped or delivered according to the instructions provided at the time of purchase. Cycle Gates is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping or delivery.                                                                                                                               
Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact Cycle Gates within 14 days of receiving the product or service to initiate a return or refund. All returns must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom gates are not eligible for returns or refunds.                                                                                                                                                                 
 Force Majeure: Cycle Gates will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of this agreement to the extent such delay or failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of terrorism, fires, and floods.
