Cancellation

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers can refer to our return policy for further assistance.
Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, customers should contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that a customer receives a damaged or defective item, they should contact our customer support team immediately and provide relevant details and supporting evidence (such as photographs). We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the customer's preference and the availability of the product.
Non-Refundable Items
